What this site collects
No analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies. The site sets no cookies at all. One preference — whether you chose the light or dark theme — is stored in your own browser and never leaves your device.
Server logs
The hosting provider (Hostinger) records standard access logs: IP address, time, requested page, referrer and browser identification. This is technically necessary to deliver the site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Fonts
Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers and Google receives your IP address. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The fonts can be self-hosted to avoid this — see the deployment notes accompanying this site.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, the name, email address, subject and message you enter are sent to me by email so I can reply, and stored in a log file on the server as a backup. Nothing else happens to them: no database, no mailing list, no onward transfer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. They are deleted once the correspondence is no longer relevant.
